31st Oct: Ms Amrit visited from Dehradun and conducted a meeting with local women in our Vikasnagar campus. She has proposed that women who really want to help themselves, should organise in small groups and take up handicraft activities in three groups: 1. Sewing stitching etc 2. Food preservation- Jam, Pickle etc.  3. Cereals - Dalia etc. It will be truly self sustained initiative from the beginning and she would help with marketing initially. SMTA has welcomed the idea.
